Hooray for another cosplay event! I was so happy I was able to convince friends to come along and cosplay with me, especially participate with the competition too! :D

It was a long wait until the amusement park actually opened. We waited a few hours but we were able to put on our makeup while waiting.

The costume we all brought were easy to wear so it only took us few minutes to get completely dressed up. After we were all ready, we went ahead to the Star Dome where the stage is already setup. The hosts were already warming up the event when we got there. We were told the competition will start by 05:00 PM so we roamed around a bit and had a quick snack and took few photos.

When the marshals called us, we were given our numbers and lined up backstage. The kids category was first, then girls, then boys, then the group category.

There were few bands who played before the ramp started. The other performed in between the categories too.

We rarely join competitions so this is like a big moment to us. Haha. The wait is really a pain because almost all of the BGMs had technical problems. The more we wait the more our nervousness lessened. But when the time our number was called, we just jumped on stage and do what we got to do.

Our friends took a video of our performance and we were just a mess at the stage. Haha. Look how awkward we both were, we didn’t know what we are doing. Haha.

After we both finished performing, we changed to our comfier costumes and we roamed around the place. It was so fun because it’s like Luffy and Chopper’s first time visiting an amusement park.

We got back the Star Dome stage and waited for the rest of the ramp to finish. The winners were all deserving of course. This photo I took was from the backstage.

After the awarding, all the cosplayers were called the last time at the backstage and they gave us all our free tickets.

We finally changed to our normal clothes and looked for somewhere to eat. Our day ended with a full meal and few more laughs. :D

It was a really fun day! This is why I like cosplaying with friends, it makes the day more special and memorable.
