We just got off from supporting Jose at Musika at their album launch and being a good friend, he asked us to support yet another album launch of a great band, December Avenue.

December Avenue has been playing and sharing their music since 2008. The band is composed of Zel Bautista in vocals and guitar, Jem Manuel on lead guitar, Don Gregorio on Bass and Jet Danao on drums. Sharing their original compositions via social media, they now have released their self-titled full independent album this year.

It was the second leg of their tour that we attended, at Selda Dos. It was also our first time visiting the place it has a really nice concept.

We arrived at the place just as a band was playing. We were able to listen to Layla, Collecting Waves, Eleyn and Omelette Weekend.

The moment December Avenue went on stage and setup their instruments, the place was filled! It’s as if the people just popped out from nowhere. :P Here’s the band playing an intro sound check.
